As founder and top decision-maker, this role drives growth, manages high-level relationships, and oversees every core function of the business. The Chief Training Officer is the tactical backbone of TGK. This role is responsible for all firearms instruction, curriculum development, and range safety. With a commanding presence both in person and on camera, the CTO leads students through expert training while also serving as the public voice for education and technique. The focus is simple: deliver elite training and build trust with every shot.
The Chief Operating Officer keeps the entire system running smoothly. This role oversees logistics, scheduling, vendor relations, and inventory management. From maintaining gear readiness to optimizing the supply chain, the COO makes sure every session, event, and product line operates with precision. The foundation of TGK’s reliability is built on this position’s consistency and attention to detail.
The Chief Financial Officer protects the financial structure of TGK. This role manages budgeting, tracks spending, reviews profitability, and ensures long-term sustainability. The CFO also assists across departments wherever needed, offering critical support during high-pressure moments.
